Like the zebra, the participants in Heartway's trainings also choose to run through the fires of their lives to a place of safety and refuge. Alchemists Authentic Leadership Course

The Authentic Leadership Course (Alchemists) benefits those who are committed to learning and developing themselves as a leader: people whose responsibility is to create results in their role as managers, supervisors, entrepreneurs, and facilitators. Join with a small group of like-minded people who want to learn to influence with integrity and vision! The Authentic Leadership Course is designed in nine two-day segments, or an eight-day intensive, with a balance of theory, practice and resource building. One-on-one coaching, projects and behavior specific feedback are used to transform weaknesses into strengths, increasing each participant's effectiveness as a leader.When these elements are strong and aligned within a person, authentic leadership is the natural outcome. The Authentic Leadership Course challenges participants to be effective leaders who are present and compelling, demonstrating the qualities of great leaders: accountability, vision, decisiveness, clarity, respect, integrity, commitment, authenticity, compassion, creativity, personal authority, giving effective and respectful feedback, thoughtfully facilitate change, and resolve conflict, and modeling excellent communication skills.

Debbi Spendlove had this to say about Authentic Alchemist Training #5 :  Alchemy was such a life changing experience for me.  I attended not knowing what to expect but desiring a Million-dollar experience and I got it.  I never knew that I could learn to love so many people so deeply in such a short period of time.  The only word that comes close to expressing how I feel about attending Alchemy is WOW!  I am so grateful for my time there, the awesome facilitators and staff, and the other students.  Thanks for everything.

The Alchemy Intensive #5 was an amazing discovery into myself, in a room full of participants!  Thank you Lynell and Lynette and staff for all you do.  What a wonderful group to work with!!  I can hardly wait for the Weird Shift weekend next year in Dallas!

Julio Perez attended the Alchemist #5 Training, and had this to say:
I am finding that I need to review all these new concepts at least one at a time in order to feel that this training has begun in the practical way. I have been up n down n wrestling with my head but now I am more wanting to implement these tools in my emotional me. I have had more desire to be closer and present to my daughters and Suzan and the cats, nature, the joys of life, our creator.  I was able to stay calm while encountering attack, friction, judgment, etc.
